Are you a Reformer Pilates Instructor who wants to help build a premium studio experience from day one? Solterra Wellness Club is opening in Polaris in early 2026, and we’re hiring founding instructors to deliver exceptional Reformer and Mat Pilates and help shape the culture of a new boutique wellness destination.
- Teach private and group Pilates sessions (Reformer + Mat; additional apparatus a plus).
- Coach with precision: safe cueing, strong form focus, and smart progressions for all levels.
- Create an elevated client experience—welcoming, consistent, and results-driven.
- Support studio growth through authentic client relationships and community engagement.
- Participate in workshops, pop-ups, special events, and launch programming.
What We’re Looking For
- Recognized Pilates certification (e.g., Balanced Body, Merrithew/STOTT, BASI, Polestar, Romana’s, Peak, or equivalent).
- Strong coaching presence and communication skills (clear cues, confident corrections, professional energy).
- Experience teaching a range of bodies, backgrounds, and ability levels.
- High standards: punctual, prepared, reliable, and aligned with client-first service.
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before opening).
Bonus: Experience with athletic populations, pre/postnatal modifications, injury-informed programming, or studio equipment beyond Reformer/Mat.
Compensation & Incentives

Schedule & Start
- Class times will include early mornings, evenings, and weekends (availability during peak times preferred).
Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
