Solterra Wellness Club is hiring founding Pilates instructors to help launch a new luxury wellness destination in Polaris. We are building a premium studio experience from day one, with a strong emphasis on precision, professionalism, hospitality, and client results.
This is not a generic group fitness role. We are looking for instructors who can deliver exceptional Reformer and Mat Pilates with confidence, presence, and technical skill. Instructors who understand that in a premium environment, details matter. Cueing matters. Energy matters. Client experience matters.

What You’ll Do
- Teach private and group Pilates sessions, including Reformer and Mat Pilates
- Deliver safe, precise instruction with strong attention to alignment, form, pacing, and progression
- Create an elevated client experience that feels welcoming, consistent, and results-driven
- Adapt programming and coaching for a range of bodies, goals, and ability levels
- Build authentic relationships with clients that support retention and studio growth
- Contribute to workshops, pop-ups, special events, and launch programming
- Represent Solterra as a polished, client-facing wellness professional
What We’re Looking For
- Recognized Pilates certification such as Balanced Body, Merrithew/STOTT, BASI, Polestar, Romana’s, Peak, or equivalent
- Strong coaching presence with clear cueing, confident corrections, and professional communication
- Experience teaching clients with varied backgrounds, experience levels, and physical needs
- High standards for punctuality, preparation, reliability, and client care
- CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain prior to opening
Preferred
- Experience with both Reformer and Mat Pilates in private and group settings
- Experience with additional apparatus is a plus
- Background working with athletic populations, pre/postnatal clients, or injury-informed programming
- Experience in boutique fitness, premium wellness, or hospitality-driven environments
- Ability to balance strong technical coaching with warmth and approachability

Schedule
- Part-time
- Early morning, evening, and weekend availability strongly preferred
- Peak-time availability is a major advantage
- Onboarding and launch preparation will begin prior to opening

Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
